We have handled sales across the North Shore and throughout NSW on behalf of Institutions, private owners and receivers.
Significant sales have included 10 Help Street, Chatswood $24.8M, 7-9 West Street, North Sydney $14.5M, 176 Pacific Highway, St Leonards $14.6M and 40 Oxley Street, St Leonards for over $12M.
We have sold numerous freehold offices, development sites and smaller investments.
On behalf of receivers we have sold properties in locations such as Leura, Harrington, Seaforth and Lane Cove.
